While on routine patrol University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers noticed Tulsa Police Department vehicles in one of the Norman Village Parking lots. Officers spoke with Tulsa Police Department officers who explained they had been called to investigate domestic violence. A student was arrested and transported to the Tulsa County Jail.
