While on routine patrol University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were flagged down in Mayo Village Apartments by a United States Postal Service Employee. The Employee gave Officers a wallet they had found. The owner was determined but was unable to be contacted so it was placed into the property locker for safe keeping.
