University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to Fisher South Hall to investigate a possible strange smell of marijuana coming from a room. Upon opening the door, officers could smell a strong scent of smoke. The resident admitted to smoking in the room and officers found ashes on the outside of the window sill.
