University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to retrieve found property. Upon arrival Officers met with a student who turned in a piece of mail that was delivered to their address by mistake. The mail belonged to another student. The owner was identified but was unable to be contacted so the property was placed into the property locker for safe keeping.
