University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to Chapman Hall to retrieve found property. Upon arrival Officers collected a hoodie, a cell phone and a student ID. Officers were unable to determine the owners of two items. Officers attempted to contact the owner of the ID and left a voicemail. All the property was placed into the property locker for safe keeping.
