University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to investigate a possible non injury motor vehicle accident that occurred between two vehicles off-campus. The drover of one vehicle reported that their vehicle was rear-ended while waiting to turn left in the westbound lane of East 4th Street and South College Avenue. The other driver impacted the rear bumper of the other vehicle. The Tulsa Police were contacted, but declined to respond to the scene due to being on “operation slick streets,” and the accident being non-injury without impeding traffic. Both drivers moved from the scene of the accident to the entrance of the University School to exchange information. Officers assisted with the exchange of information and provided a blank written statement forms to complete.
