University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to retrieve found property at the Reynolds Center. Upon arrival Officers were given a cell phone that had been found in the Donald Reynolds Center. The owner was unable to be determined or contacetd so it was placed into teh property locker for safe keeping.
