University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to retrieve found property at the Reynolds Center. Upon arrival Officers were given a debit card cell phone that had been found in the Donald Reynolds Center. Thew owner was determined but was unable to be contacted so it was placed into the property locker for safe keeping.
