University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to Brown Village to investigate a possible noise complaint. Officers made contact with the reporting party and heard a low bass sound. Officers made contact with the suspected apartment. Officers determined the sound was a TV with high volume. The student stated they would turn down the TV.
