University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to investigate a possible noise compliant in Mayo Village Apartments. When officers arrived, they were unable to hear music from the apartment in question but did hear loud talking. The officers asked the resident to keep their conversation volume down. A housing contact card was issued.
