University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to Mabee Gym to retrieve found property. Upon arrival, officer made contact with the reporting party who had found a debit card on the south side of the Allen Chapman Student Union. The owner was determined but wa unable to be contacted so it was placed into the property locker for safekeeping.
