While on game day patrol University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers had an individual come up to the them and tell them a vendor working the home football game were driving a utility vehicle at an unsafe speed down the 8th Street Tailgate area. Officers identified the individuals in question and spoke with them about the safety concern.
