While on routine patrol University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were approached by a TU non-affiliate who requested medical help for a pre-existing injury. Officers contacted Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) who treated the injury. Beyond immediate injury treatment, the TU non-affiliate declined medical treatment.
