University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to investigate suspicious activity in the area of the University Square Apartments West. The student stated an individual in an apartment was peeking out of their window at them and had a bright light outside their door. Officers spoke with the resident and they stated they were filming a video inside their apartment.
