University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to investigate a possible individual attempting to get inside Fisher South Hall to get out of the cold. Upon making contact with the individual, it was determined that they were unaffiliated with the University of Tulsa. A contact card, and warrants check was conducted with negative results. Officers informed the individual on the boundaries of campus and the individual left without further incident. A contact card was created.
