University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to retrieve found property at Chapman Hall. Security officers were given a water bottle, cap, day planner, a thumb drive with a key attached, a necklace and a pencil bag. The owners were unable to be determined or contacted so the property was placed into the property locker for safe keeping.
