University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were conducting a party shutdown at Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Suspect left the fraternity and attempted to place their arm around an officer. The officer pushed away the arm of the suspect and asked them to leave. The suspect had a drinking cup in their hand and threw it at the same officer. It was unknown what the suspect said because it was in another language. Student was given a student misconduct.
