University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers heard loud music and voices coming from the inside of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Officers observed beer being consumed inside the Fraternity. Officers made contact with the president of the fraternity and told them their party was being shut down because it was an unregistered party. Officers made all non-residents of the fraternity vacate. They were also asked to turn the music and keep their voices down.
