University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to investigate suspicious activity in Mayo Village Apartments. Officers discovered a watermelon had been thrown from a second or third story balcony. Officers made contact with the suspect on the second floor; who stated they threw the watermelon earlier. The suspect would not initially tell officers their name or retrieve their student identification. After further interview, the suspect gave their student identification number for verification.
