University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to investigate a scream. Upon arrival Officers spoke with a student who heard a distressed scream from the apartment above them. Officers spoke with the student living in the above apartment who stated a guest dropped a glass of water and screamed when it happened. Officers searched the apartment and determined that no one was in danger or hurt.
