University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to Chapman Hall to retrieve found property. Upon arrival, officers retrieved a University of Tulsa student ID that was found in Chapman Hall. Officers were unable to make contact with the owner so the property was placed into the property locker for safe keeping.
