University of Tulsa Campus Security Officer were dispatched to the bike rack on the west side of Keplinger Hall in regards to a found property. Upon arrival the officer retrieved a backpack. The owner of the backpack was able to be determined and successfully contacted. A found property form was completed and the property was returned to the owner.
