University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to investigate a noise compliant at University Square West Apartments. Upon arrival, officers could hear music coming from an apartment. Officers made contact with the resident of the apartment. Officers asked the residents to turn the music down. A housing contact card was issued.
