University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to Keplinger Hall to retrieve found property. Upon arrival the officer received a name tag for a backpack belonging to a student. Officers determined the owner but were unable to make contact with them so the property was placed into the property locker for safe keeping.
