University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to West Park Apartments lot for an individual that had been in the lot for a long time. Officers made contact with the individual. The individual’s spouse and child had been in with True Blue Neighbors. The spouse and child came out they all left. No further action was necessary.
