While on routine patrol University of Tulsa Campus Officers were flagged down by a University of Tulsa student who reported having just been in a vehicle collision. The student stated that they had struck a vehicle while trying to park on S. Evanston Ave between S. 3rd St and S. 4th St. They left a note on the windshield of the vehicle which was determined to be owned by another student. The student was running late to class so they couldn’t stay and talk with Officers but came back after class and filed out a statement Form. The other student was unable to be contacted.
