While on routine patrol University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers observed a subject attempting to re-chain a University of Tulsa Yellow Bike in the Donald W. Reynolds Center parking lot. Officers made contact with the subject and determined the subject was not affiliated with the University. The subject did not have prior contacts with Campus Security. Officers trespass warned the subject and the subject left University property without incident.
