University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to investigate a possible in Norman Village Apartments. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the Reporting Party who heard music playing around the apartment. Officers searched the surrounding area, but were unable to locate the source of where the music was coming from.
