University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to investigate possible suspicious activity near Helmerich Hall. The reporting party informed officers they witnessed an unidentified individual acting suspiciously near a bicycle rack. Officers searched the area and could not locate the individual, but did located a spray painted University of Tulsa bicycle tire that appeared to have been removed and replaced. Officers impounded the found tire for safe keeping.
