University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to Norman Village apartment for a welfare check due to a friend having some concerns. While at the residence the student arrived home. The student stated they were having a bad day and wanted to talk with somebody. Officers escorted the student to Mabee gym to meet with the on call doctor.
