University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to Norman Village Apartments to investigate a possible stolen bicycle. Upon arrival Officers poke with a student who had their [personal bicycle stolen from a bicycle rack in Norman Village Apartments. The cut lock was found where the bicycle had been locked. The student filed a report with the Tulsa Police Department.
