Officers received a report of an assault and battery that occurred at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Harwell Field. The victim was transported to a hospital by a third party where they reported the incident to Tulsa Police. After speaking to the victim, officers identified and interviewed a suspect, who is being referred for student misconduct.
