Officers responded to a vehicle burglary at West Park Apartments. Upon arrival, officers found the suspect unresponsive in the back seat of the vehicle and contacted Tulsa Police and paramedics. The owner confirmed nothing was damaged or missing and the suspect was transported to a local hospital under emergency order of detention.
