Officers took a report of a bicycle larceny from a student that occurred in the Fisher South courtyard on 28 SEP 2019 at approximately 6:30 p.m. and noticed the bicycle missing on 29 SEP 2019 at approximately 11:00 a.m. Officers advised the victim to also file a report with the Tulsa Police Department.
