Officers observed a vehicle with a smashed window in the 8th & Harvard Lot. The burglary occurred between 20 SEP 2019 to 25 SEP 2019 at approximately 8:25 p.m. The owner of the vehicle was notified about the incident who determined nothing was stolen from the vehicle. The owner of the vehicle informed officers they would file a report online with Tulsa Police.
