Officers and Tulsa Police were called to Norman Village Apartments for a non-university affiliate reporting a strong arm robbery that occurred off-campus at approximately 1st St. & S. Evanston Ave. The victim declined to press charges and refused medical services. Tulsa Police interviewed the victim and transported them from campus property.
