Officers were dispatched to Keplinger/Law lot on a report of a vehicle with a broken window. Officers determined that the vehicle had been burglarized and contacted the owner who advised it happened on 17 SEP 2019 approximately between 7:45 a.m and 5:30 p.m. Officers were unable to determine a suspect at this time and advised the student to file a report with Tulsa Police.
