Officers are investigating a motor vehicle theft in the 8th & Harvard Lot that occurred on 14 SEP 2019 between 3:15 p.m. and 8:40 p.m. The victim, not affiliated with TU, discovered the vehicle missing after attending the football game. Tulsa Police was contacted and took a report.
