Officers responded to a call of a suspicious person drinking wine near Collins Hall. Officers apprehended the individual on the north side of Tyrrell Hall after the subject attempted to flee. Tulsa Police Department was contacted who arrested the subject for outstanding warrants and transported them to jail.
