Officers were advised of an individual looking through vehicles in the 6th & Delaware Lot. Upon contact, the individual advised their vehicle broke down on 6th Street and they were in the lot to borrow their sibling’s vehicle. Officers confirmed with the sibling for the individual to borrow their vehicle which was parked in another lot. Officers helped push the individual’s vehicle into the Delaware Lot and escorted them to the borrowed vehicle.
