University of Tulsa Campus Security officers made contact with an individual attempting to enter the Collins Fitness Center while it was closed. Officers determined the individual was a university affiliate and explained the hours of the center to them. The individual left without incident. A copy of this report was forwarded to Student Affairs for their review.
