Officers were called to check on a suspicious individual in the Delaware lot who tried to flag a student down. The individual, not affiliated with the University of Tulsa had pepper spray, a pocket knife, and a burner phone on their person. Officers warned the individual for trespass and directed them off campus property. Officers confirmed the individual had altered their last name and had no previous contacts or currents warrants in Tulsa County under either name.
