University of Tulsa Campus Security officers met with a university affiliate reporting their bicycle was missing from the bicycle rack located on the east side of the Allen Chapman Student Union, near Rayzor Hall. Officers received a statement and description of the missing property. The owner filed a report with the Tulsa Police Department. A copy of this report was forwarded to Student Affairs for their review.
