Officers were dispatched to an emergency blue phone near the Lorton Performance Center. Upon arrival, officers discovered the individual who activated the emergency blue phone had been previously trespass warned and had an active warrant. The Tulsa Police Department arrived but did not arrest the individual. Officers reiterated the trespass warning and escorted them off campus.
