University of Tulsa Campus Safety and Security officers were dispatched on report of vandalism outside the Collins Fitness Center. Officers photographed graffiti on the sidewalk along Delaware Avenue. Officers requested the Communications Center to place a work order with Physical Plant. Officers filed a report with Tulsa Police Department. Copy of report forwarded to the Physical Plant and Risk Management for their review.
