Officers were dispatched to the Lorton Performance Center in response to a bicycle larceny in progress. Officers identified and made contact with the individual and determined they had been previously trespass warned, and had 5 active warrants. The individual was trespass banned and arrested by the Tulsa Police Department for the active warrants. A contact card was created.
