Officers were dispatched to a single motor vehicle accident at the 6th and Delaware intersection causing minor damage to university landscaping. Officers made contact with the possible driver of the vehicle at 8th and Tucker Dr. The possible driver of the vehicle was evaluated by EMSA and arrested by Tulsa Police for public intoxication. The vehicle was impounded from the scene.
