Officers observed a vehicle parked in the Mayo Village parking lot with a large amount of marijuana smoke in the vehicle and made contact with all individuals. Two individuals fled on foot and three individuals were stopped by officers. Officers determined the individuals were University of Tulsa students and recovered a small amount of marijuana.
