Officers were dispatched to Brown Village Apartments in response to a suspicious person. Officers located and made contact with the individual, and determined they were not a University of Tulsa affiliate. After a negative contact & warrant check, the individual was trespass warned and made aware of campus boundaries. A contact card was created.
