Officers discovered graffiti on a vehicle parked in the 4th and Harvard lot. Officers were not able to determine when the vehicle was vandalized.

UPDATE July 30, 2019: Through further review of surveillance video, officers identified July 27, 2019 at approximately 6:05 a.m. when the vehicle was vandalized. The vehicle owner was identified as a TU affiliate and encouraged to file a police report. The suspect’s identity is still unknown at this time.
